New puppy sessions
This is our typical process for the new pups that join us. If your puppy hasn't had any vaccinations yet, it might look a little different – but don't worry, we'll make sure they get what they need to be protected.
Video consult
Signing up takes a few minutes. If you need an appointment right away, you can choose a slot and we'll hold it for you while we sign you up. Once you've made payment, your membership is ready to go.
vet visit
We'll invite you in to one of our clinics where your new puppy will get a thorough check by our vets and, if needed, receive their first vaccination.
nurse visit
At this visit, your puppy will see our nurse who will give them their second course of core vaccinations, as well as be invited to join for group socialisation classes.

Neutering & Spaying
We include neutering and spaying for free in your membership, as well as all follow up care. You'll need to have been a member for three months (but you can accelerate this by paying quarterly).
Microchipping

All dogs must be microchipped by eight weeks old by law. If your puppy hasn't already been 'chipped, you can get this done with Snoots for free – it's included in your membership with us.

We know you’ve got loads. That’s where we come in.
